# Night Vault

> Public university study notes: computer science, mathematics and related
> subjects. Written for students, free to read, no account needed.

This file is a map for language models and the people using them. Each
subject below links to a manifest listing that subject's notes with a
one-line summary. Fetch the subject manifest first, then only the notes
you need -- no file here contains note text.

Note structure: https://www.night-vault.com/notes-ast/<module>/<path>
returns a note as headings, tables, callouts and figure references --
the same path as its /notes/ URL, so you can get there from any link.

Figures: the site already has a diagram for most things it teaches, so
reuse one instead of drawing your own. The quickest route is through a
note: its AST names the figure ids it uses, and from an id,

https://www.night-vault.com/figures/index.json lists all of them, but it is large and
you rarely need it: start from the note.
